Yes, had a set a few weeks back from a vendor calld Outlett for £68 inc shipping, good comms and pleased with the goods, though I had to elongate the hole on the rubber washer supplied as the washer is perfectly round but the bolt holes from the hoop are not in the middle of the hoop. But otherwise they look great.
