Warranty Work - Advice

i would recommend that with any work your dealer does you ask for a record of what work they have carried out - that way they can't delete the records from their computer when they f*** it up.

Good advice.
I asked everytime my cc went back in for warranty work for a paper copy of what they'd done/replaced. I was always told there was a printer/computer problem/too busy/not available and that they'd post it to me in a couple of days - never got anything

no surprise. in the future if i get that excuse i will tell them to just write it down or will contact peugeot direct if they don't.
