Ordered my 206 cc 1.6 and am considering selling it due to circumstances beyond my control (MONEY!!!). It has not even been registered in my name but It is waiting for collection within the next month. It is NOT an IMPORT and is sitting in England at a peugeot dealer (arrived March 20th 2002). I don't really want to walk away from it because I have already paid my deposit which I will lose. If anyone is interested then drop me an e-mail to tim@pyramidtv.co.uk. The spec is:
1.6i CC S Manual
Moonstone
Black Leather
15 inch Alloy Wheels
Full sports Pack (Silver door sils, white dials etc..)
E-mail me if you have any queries or questions. You can skip quite a long waiting list by buying this car and it is a full UK car. This is a BRAND NEW car that is waiting for collection at the dealer. I only want £15,700 instead of the £16,150 it would be.

The way people talk about imports, you'd think that they come complete with a killer disease. Maybe they have no engine? Or maybe they will steal your washing when you're not there? No offence to you timmy, ive just come from reading about the other cc for sale. At the end of the day guys, buying an import saves you £3k. Simple as that, yes you may have to sell it for less but i dont intend to sell mine. All i see is a cheaper car. Some of us cant afford to spend £16500 on a full uk spec car so the import is our only option. Good luck timmy, at least you wont get the grief that Paul did!!

Benno is right and imports don't come with a killer disease but buy the time you have put all the extra's on an import you don't always save that much money. You also have to look at the buyers who only want to run their cars for two years and then sell them because they are more than likely going to get shafted when they do part with their car. The other problems come when you have to look at warranties and making sure that you are getting a full UK spec car. Personally I hate the system in which we have to buy cars in this country and the way manufacturers try to screw us and i do not want to put people off buying imports but you have to know that it is not just as simple as saving money, there are other complications. My only problem now is that I really don't want to sell the 206cc that I have ordered but unless I win the lottery I think that I am going to have to. I think I am going to find a rock to crawl under and cry for a couple of weeks.
