I would definitely agree. Although the stitching on the cloth seats are nice, you just can't beat leather.

Not sure if you are going for leather interior, but if you are, i would advise you to pay the bit extra and get the 2ltr without leather. I regret not geting the bigger engine as i was worried about insurance and have found out that its only a bit more to insure. but the extras you get in the 2ltr is worth it

Well said Col...but surely you can scrape together a little more cash for the 2.0 WITH leather. It really is top class. I wasn't too keen on the leather option at first when choosing my spec but my hand was forced by my dealer (ie they had a silver/black leather 2.0 arriving quicker) so i took the plunge and went for it. Every time i get in my car now i have a self-satisfying grin on my face and give myself a pat on the back for taking what i considered at the time to be a risk...

Yes, leather really is top class, it doesn't get very dirty and it doesn't collect dust as someone else mentioned theirs did when the tops down. A lot does depend on budget though but I would go for an all black leather for moonstone if you can afford it - no offence intended to cloth owners !

Hi Chris
if its Moonstone your buying you will be needing the red/black leather!!! Thats what I have and it looks wonderful. I have had cloth in the last cc I had and would advise leather especially when you have the top down a lot as the cloth gets full of dust and is quite hard to clean even with a Dyson Vac!!!!

Thats a good point about the dust, it wasn't something i had thought about but now its been mentioned its true that dust dosn't seem to be an issue at all with leather seats. Oh and bird crap isn't the only thing that wipes off easily, McFlurry with Dime Bar bits come straight off as well. (I think i'm addicted) Perhaps i should pull over to eat them? Can't resist taking my CC thru the drive-in at Maccy D's though just to show off to all the "Johnny No-Stars" who work there..!

P.S. No offence to any of you who work in fast-food burger joints although i doubt anyone who can afford to buy and run a CC does...

Perhaps i should start a new topic - who's got the crappiest, lowest paid job and owns a CC? Ha Ha

Apologies Lizolinni but I must disagree! Definitely just black leather with moonstone. Always thought the black/red combination was a bit tarty! LOL. Saying that my Rocky Horror Show basque is black and red. Oh well!!!!! Good job me fishnets aren't moonstone!!!!!!!!
