i'm sure it's not meant to be driven like that...

the rear suspension seems to be elevated

Its an ugly piece of poo poo. LOL but, I do like that body work over the back seats, could look quite good an a normal CC. hmmm

I would guess that the bit on the back seats is the ecosse ICE setup. they do a rear housing for fitting a sub in each headrest along with an amp and so on. You can see it on their site. There is a video somewhere in the downloads section on this site featuring a car that has it.
