They showed it on top gear last week or week before.
It may have looked OK if they had found somewhere to put the rag top in convertible mode. It looks bloody awful just flopped on the back of the car.

One parked up next to my cc at the pub - no contest! As we sat having a beer, I thought nah, just doesn't have the stylish looks of the cc.
And being a cloth top..not what I would go for after having the metal roof. And that's saying something, as the other half has a Boxster.

It was really fantastic. The car was so responsive and the gear change was just so positive and clunky, it just felt like such a sturdy car and I'm definately going to put a deposit down on one ASAP. The look of the car just got all the heads turning and the interior of the car looks so modern! And absolutely not one single rattle in sight.. ahhh, heaven.
Only problem being now is my Peugeot... its a 1.6, 1 and a half years old, 12K miles, alloy wheels, sports pack, aegean blue, pratically immaculate and the dealer would only offer me £7K for it.
In holding it's value I think... Mini 1 point.. Peugeot 206cc 0 points

the thing is because of demand for the mini and mini conv your trade-in will be where they want to make the profit - although they are going a bit far.
i was getting offered between £10.5k and £11.5k in may against a 307CC which is reasonable but when you consider i also negotiated a £1.5k discount buying the car cash with no trade-in then they are only really offering between £9k and £10k.

Well that's the key to it -- the dealer's expected profit on the new car. If I was going to buy an AMG SL55 (yeah, right ) I'd expect a damn good trade-in on the CC. But the reality is that the "good" tradein figure only represents money off that you could have negotiated for a cash sale.

the car was only around 26K,might see what the trade in is for civic type-r which is around 16k see what i get thenWell that's the key to it -- the dealer's expected profit on the new car.
