my previous car (which was also my first) was a peugeot 106 independance... quite an apt name seeing it was this car that gave me freedom and 'independance'.... and so the name stuck and my 106 is refered to by myself and friends as "the independance".
now i have my black CC i needed a new name, i thought about 'the black barracuda' and 'the black panther'...... but i eventualy settled on "the black pearl"... for those of you not in the know....

You'll be telling us you're the spitting image of Johnny Depp next! My first car was a Fiesta and was affectionately known as Flossie! Christened by my friends after Florence Nightingale because I'm a nurse - not terribly original! Have since resisted the temptation to name my cars because you can get a little bit too attached to them that way. I do, however, refer to my CC
as my beautiful darling little car.
Life's too short to drive around with your roof up.

First car (a MK11 Escort in bright yellow!) was named 'The Yellow Peril' by my parents. Something to do with my driving apparently!
Jumping to the cc...colleagues call it MIG - lifted from my number plate (M11 AFG) and partly to do with Top Gun.
Not one for naming cars myself..that's why others seem to do it for me!

Nothing wrong with that.Well you'll probably all laugh at me, but my Silver cc has a little pink playboy bunny spray painted on the back so my car is called Hue after Hue Heffner from the playboy bunny mansion (also named after my bunny rabbit) Please don't laugh i thought it was quite a good name.x
Show us a picture then.

First was a mini called "Humbug" He was stripey before I turned him into a cow, then my friends started calling him "The Cowmation" cos they couldn't decide between cow or dalmation!
Next was "Pico" The Tigra, my then bloke named him but I can't for the life of me remember why he was called Pico!
Finally the Pug who is known as "Ken" after my grandad because I bought the car with some money he left me.

My first car was a Vauxhall Viva (anyone else here old enough to remember them?!?!?) He was dark green with a crumpled wing painted in primer grey following a slight altercation with another car I had.
Notice I said 'He'. Well - I called him Everard. I took the name from Larry Graysons catchphrase in The Generation Game. Not sure why - I just liked it I suppose.
My CC - well - I haven't decided yet but I'm leaning towards the name 'Pumpkin'. Whenever I talk about her (which is often) I always refer to her as Pumpkin. Cute or not cute
: What do you think?
