Yes and no.

I wrote them a letter when I got fed up with all the things that'd gone wrong with my car. I got a reply within a week and the Dealer phoned me (for the first time) a few days later to book the car in to be repaired again. At that point I was happy with them :D

But when I took the car in the Service Manager and other staff still had the same poor attitude and didn't even attempt to fix all of the items I'd listed in my letter. My car stayed in the Dealer for five days during which time all they did was change the front brake pads and do yet another software upgrade (half a days work at most).

Peugeot Customer Care promised in their letter to 'monitor the situation' to ensure I was satisfied with the repairs made to my car. They never contacted me again :(

I have had both a good and a bad experience. They replaced a tyre for me (which the dealer would not do) under warranty as the handbook at the time did not explain the tyre weld would ruin the tyre. Then a bad experience as they could not sort my window out. Lots of missed promises of calls and unanswered letters.

Called them on Saturday.............closed but arranged a callback. Monday afternoon called, no record of Saturday so wait 48 hours, called Wednesday afternoon hung up on (it was near 5pm), Thursday eventually they call and fob me off. Friday got the problem patched up by proper mechanics.

Peugeot Customer Care should be renamed Peugeot DOESNT Care (we have your money now go away)

Pretty long hassles really (2 years) - and not at all good; my car actually went back to the Coventry Technical centre 3 times...mostly leaks...

Not sure if she is still there but i only got success when i spoke to Ellen Beene, who i believe was a senior team leader or manager....she probably will not like the name being given out

If anyone wants a couple of direct numbers just PM me...because if you call the main number and they find out you are a CUSTOMER and not a DEALER you get even less chance than the dealers  ....

hmmm CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER.... no chance

In the end i just rang every hour and was naty to the poor soul who picked up the phone until someone dealt with it...

AM I EVIL...YES I AM
