Hi everyone,

I just bought my 2.0 litre Onyx Black two weeks ago, Its two years old and everything is standard.

I was just wondering what aftermarket discs and pads everyone was using and what they thought of them?

I am wanting to change them because my brakes squeel badly and once again peugeot have said it is dust and/or glazing that they will have to charge to check out (as seems to be the standard response from peugeot).

I also like the idea of having some better looking discs in there.

Thanks

Standard, but i do have an alloy tax disc holder.

I'm using EBC Turbo Groove discs and EBC Greenstuff pads for the front.

The braking has improved though they still squeek from time to time. I've put this down to bedding of the pads though.

I like the look of the black diamond discs in behind a set of alloys, but I don't know how good they actually are at making the car slow down.

When we change the pads, do we need to worry about wear sensors on the pads or any gizmos like that?

Don't know about this? The mechanic who swapped my brakes didn't mention anything about this. I don't think our car is that advanced to be honest to have wear sensors.
