Di (Scary, heavily pregnant wife) took the cc in to see the monkeys this week for a few little things. The local dealership has recently changed (2 branches merged) so we thought we see how this has affected their performance ;)

Manifold- Normal 2800rpm thing. I've reported it a few times but monkeys always maintained it was OK.
This time: Noisy, new manifold ordered.

Auto wipers- Have a mind of their own. Reported previously but "They're all like that"
This time- New sensor ordered

Driver's side rear window- doesn't always go all the way up. Been fixed before about a year ago but a widget has worked it's way loose again. Typically working fine when we took it in!
This time- They say Stripped down, checked and rebuilt (Fine at the moment)

Rattly driver's side roof catch- not a big deal (we used to just flick it open and refasten it- would cure rattle for that journey, but has got so that you need to do it about every 10 miles!) but you've got to get your money's worth from the warranty, right?!
This time- They say Stripped down and tightened (Fine at the moment)

Back brakes squeaking- Had fronts done with the less-squeakers, but they wouldn't do the backs.
This time- Di thinks they forgot but will remind them prior to when it goes in for sensor and manifold.

We love the car, but the crappy French build quality means it really needs to be serviced annually, just to 'tweak and tighten'. At the rate that we clock up the mileage the cc'll be well out of warranty by the time it needs it first 20k service!

Improved level of service so far, (they even phoned to say what needed doing but let themselves down by not saying when itwas ready to collect. Not cleaned either  ) but let's see how long the parts take and how long their fixes stay good!
Just because you're paranoid, it don't mean they're not after you.

Sounds very familiar
My warranty is gone 10.7.2004 and i have taken the list to dealer to repair all funny things from my car. At least i have notified those under warranty, so if problems continues i can say i have informed about problems under warranty ;)
And yes warranty here in Finland is 2years, so my car is next week two year old 8)
