New 206 cc

Been to the dealer to sort out the order of a new 206cc having rejected my Allure and have been told the there is a new addition coming out in October, but he did not know what it was and he has a meeting on Tuesday, where it will be made public.
Anyone know what it will be?

only know of the 207cc - thought that was due out Spring?

No chance of that! When they release the 207 it will first be as a hatchback, then the CC will probably come approx 1 year later.

i would expect it to be another limited edition model similar to the allure - that will be how they will push sales through the winter period when demand isn't as high.

I dont think its anything particularly new. I have a co. car on order, and was recently told by our FInancial Director chap that if I want the particular spec, ie tiptronic in black with black leather and climate control I would now have to wait till October to get it.

However, I was told that it was just a few minor changes - I've decided to wait rather than get something else in the meantime. Bit of a nightmare because it means I miss the summer

Had a look on there web site today and it seems that they have another Allure added to the range, it seems that it comes with a tan colour leather as well as black leather, for only a few pounds more than the 1.6s.
This is a real pain has my 53 Allure was rejected around 4 weeks ago and they are replacing it with a 1.6s and have matched the spec of the old Allure. It has got to be like the old Allure NOT OUT UNTILL OCTOBER 2004.
When rejecting my car the dealer told me that he was going to a meeting about a new addition to the 206cc range but did not know what it was at that time and we aggreed that they would meet the same spec as i had for the new car (fingers crossed it should be with me by the end of the week).
I hope i got the better deal
