Someone pass me a paper bag to put on my head before anyone sees me driving it.
How miffed am I?..................

I took the old girl into the garage this morning to have the leaky roof sorted. Not only was I kept waiting for my courtesy car for an hour
but when I eventually did get one, I was given a 307 Diesel Estate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How naff and un-cool is that?

Actually - the car turned out to be not so bad after all. It 'belonged' to one of the salesmen and naturally it was top of the range. I particularly liked the wing mirrors that automatically turned inwards when the engine was turned off. Neat! Thought I'd broken it the first time it did it.
And his taste in music weren't half bad either. Hip hop, R&B. Lets say my cd collection has increased overnight - and no I didn't steal them from his car if you know what I mean.
Still a bit miffed though. Not only was my prized possession absolutely minging when I picked it up earlier (it was spotless when it went in) I discovered that they hadn't replace one of the interior door trims properly. The wiring for the electric mirrors was hanging out and the panel was hanging off at a strange angle. Hubby duly obliged and put it back where it should have been. Good job he's an auto electrician eh?
Strewth - how much money do you have to spend these days before you get good service?

I knew the dealership where I bought my CC, I used to sell cars and loved my job!
They look after me very well, if you know what I mean!
