Just a quick question, the roof latch on the passenger side has a switch/sensor on it that tells the roof not to work when the latch is shut, and tells the windows not to work when the latch is open. However my drivers latch will let the roof try to open even when it is shut and thus would let the roof strain to open :!: . It also lets the windows operate when it is open.

Have I got a faulty latch switch/sensor on my drivers side or did Peugeot only fit them to the passenger side :?:

Something for you to try next sunny day, and please let me know as I have only 2 months of warranty and will let the monkeys have it if it should work both sides.

Thanks in advance to anyone who tries and can let me know.

I'm pretty sure I've done this by accident and the sensor is the same for both sides. Let's see what other people say.

Hi,

With either latch open the roof button dosen't respond. Only when both are open does the roof attempt to open. With both closed I just get 'beeped' at!

Sounds like you've a wrong'n there Andy-W. ;)

Both latches need to be undone and the blind in the boot to be extended over the boot floor in order for the roof to retract. If either is not done then you will just hear bleeps
