Paint coming off door hinges

I have noticed on my 2 month old cc that the blue paint has come off (if it was ever there) the top door hinge on both doors. This is as you look at it with the door opening from sat in the car.

It looks like it has rubbed/ worn off and if I touch it I get some blue on my fingers. Is this normal?

Bif...I dashed out to check on my 4 month old Aluminium door hinges and there's no sign of the paint wearing off on those.
