New Quicksilver owner here, brought the car by accident.
Was looking to buy a new Honda Type R but kept getting muched about by the dealer.
So was looking on Autotrader for a car, just as a stop gap as i have a new Golf GTI T on order and should be here in December.
Anyway came accross the the 206cc section and couldnt belive the price they were second hand, and most being inports. So check out the Peugeot website and see they are doing a limited eddition called the quicksilver. Sound interesting ! so i call the dealer the following day who says they need to do there may target and if i let them register the car now (still not in the deaer,but arriving any day ) they would do the car at a really great price.
£250 deposit over the phone and im an owner of the car, never driven one or even sat in one, seen them on the road but thats as far as it gose
So order the car on the Wednesday and get a call Thursday that the car has arrived, Ended up picking the car up Thursday afternoon at 4pm
Nice car, no rattle or any kind of problems at all !!!! Excellent stuff.
Having said that, if i had read all the problems that some owners have had on this site i would NOT have purchased the car. So i hope i dont live to regret the decission, but its only until December !
