hey :D I just got my CC (it was my brother's) and it's a 2.0 SE. the outside and inside are all peugeot default's and i was wondering what should i do to give it a more 'actual' look. i want something with style, i've seen some pretty cool lights changes pics and stuff like that. i'm really new to body styling / cars in general (my first car) so please explain it like you are talking to a twelve-year-old. my english ain't that great neither :D
dunno if it helps but i'm owner 547 (pic is there) it's aegean blue with leather interiors and some other stuff.

Hi, yeah there are loads of things you can do to the CC and fortunately peugeot can supply the majority as options. If like me you want a stardard but sporty look I would firstly go and colour code the black rubbing strips found on the front, back and side door. this gives it a smoother more overal sportier polished look that is being stadard on all new editions. You can also inexpensively dramatically face lift the car with new lights, front, back and fog lights are usually replaced for Lexus style types. there are many around now with the latest generatio being the best.
If you want ur car to be extra blinging then purchase the new headlights just released which feature projector lamps and an angel led halo. Ive got one my self and Iit looks fantastic. Pictures soon! (thanks Chad)
Having a blue CC you should go for the chrome look, as this is popular with most silver and blue owners. Hoops, bonnet vents and front mesh can all be purchased though peugeot now but can be found somtime at half price though Ebay.co.uk or after market car styling shops.

Lowering the car by 35mm gives it a subtle but aggressive look and to finish it off peugeot supplied arches are cool if its your thing.

All in all you will have to budget at least £1000 to transform your car but like me and many other - it is totally worthit. However bear in mind try and make everything reversable as to improve your chances of selling your car in the future.

Best of luck :D

Hi Peter206,

Could you tell me where you got the new angel halo headlights from and did you fitted them on yourself?

Cheers
:D

thanks for everything but dunno about the changes now... the CC just came back from peugeot (had a nice acident against a nice tree) and thinking about importing a boxster, tt, slk, something like that still not sure though.. might be going for the german sports' car as i think of them to be more stylish, although all in all my CC is a great first car, and i am really in love with him, my brother just bought his second porsche and i am fascinated with the german lines, and probably going for them / performance :) a boxster has about the same fuel consuption as my 2 litre cc and the performance speaks for itself! any opinions on this? probably should open a new topic.. mid-range sports car all in all which do you all prefer and why? i don't go for the japonese cars like supras, and evos, as i think of them to be a car only for someone who really likes cars, and i'm a bit of a show off, thus the though about the porsche! i would be probably more into the german, boxster 2.5, tt 1.8t, slk, m3 maybe but it has the same problem as the supra and the evo, not that super modern sports car design lines that i love :D i've also checked out mg f, mazda mx-5, toyota mr2, megane 2.0 cabrio.. but i think of those to be inferior to my CC :D any opinions? should i put this on different topic?

From your shortlist of cars you make half us britains appear decissively poor. My previous car (my first ) was a 14 year old civic

IThe cars you wanted I could only dream off

the boxster won't be much more expensive than my 206 cc 2 litre new.. it will be a 98' boxster 2.5 (the cheapest one :D) and isn't really that expensive, not even in the uk, for someone that buys a cc brand new that is.
i'm more about the looks of a car than the interior, this why i chose CC in the first place and thus why i want to trade now, seing someone drive by with a porsche just makes me jeallous :D
