gotta make one 2 fit in the CC. I know some of you guys done it yourself, what did ya use? And any tips would be cool!

I'm not sure how much you've read up on this, but there are two basic enclosure types...
Sealed: As it says, it's a sealed box with a hole for the speaker. These are the simplest to make. They give a punchy sound but lack deep resonant bass.
Ported: Basically a sealed box with a tube sticking out (or in). These are more difficult to make (due to having to get the correct size of the port) and tend to be bigger. Due to the fact that air is free to move in and out, the bass is less punchy but you can get some beautiful deep resonant bass.
It also depends on which speaker you get - different speakers require different size enclosures (it's all listed in the specs for your particular speaker) and some are only suitable for sealed and not ported etc.
Due to the lack of boot space in the CC I recommend you try a sealed enclosure first. Make sure that the dimensions are absolutely spot on and that you seal each seam with silicon sealant. If you do some searching on the net you'll find lots of guides and pointers for building your own box.
