then i see tracey ............. with roof down :( :( :(

looks like i'll be on the phone to the monkeys first thing monday so see why it's taking so long for the parts (that they hope will fix it) to come in - if they give me the wrong answer  i'll be phoning the adult monkeys aka peugeot

it's no wonder pug do so badly in customer satisfaction surveys with the unhelpful attitude of their dealers................

phoned motorway cars about 11am and asked if the parts were in - they weren't

so i asked if they could find out when they would arrive - they said they couldn't

so i asked for a reference for the order - they asked what do u mean ?

so i said if they give me details i wil phone pug myself - they said they would phone back

over 3 hours later they phone back with the part number - i asked for a phone number for pug customer services and they reel off their usual response of 'it's in your handbook'

i said, i'm at work and don't have my handbook. i said surely you have a number to contact pug - stewart has also the contact numbers and he has gone out

so i went out to the car and got the handbook (tried to save a walk) and got the number for pug customer services...................

after waiting on hold for a while i eventually get through and they tell me they aren't able to get parts info and i should contact the dealer

i said they won't do it and they said they should be able to

i said well they won't so i wish to make a complaint against the dealer

they took my details and the details of the dealer and said they would pass the complaint to some pug customer services manager and they would speak to the dealer and get back to me

no call back yet but i never phoned them until 4.30pm so wasn't surprised but will phone them back tomorrow if i don't hear anything

no wonder i get so p****d off with pug dealers
