Can any one out there help?
I have had the cc for almost 6 months now and done 2500 miles and i am just about getting f***ked off with the car and service from Peugeot.
The car is booked in for the first week of May for its 6k service.
Problems are.

1. Oil indicates that there is no oil in the car.
2. The car has Squeaky Brakes.
3. The clutch is now Squeaky (you can play a tune on it)

Thats with out the seals having to be done twice, the car has had 3 software updates and the :mfight: made a right mess of the inside of the car when they did the seals (which they did clean).

Has my dealer does not have a sevice center, and they heve to take the car to another dealer to complete work, is it wise to book the car into another dealer.
does anyone know of the best london dealers.
New 53 Plate allure, Blue, one of the first in the UK.
Car has been rejected.
04 plate 1.6s same spec as the Allure.

My 3 week old cc had a sqeaky clutch and they fixed it. So far so good. Not as much luck with the brakes. They still squeak a bit even after new pads.

i think my brakes have just stopped screeching. That would have been 4 weeks they done it for! sounded like a taxi just the taxi sign missing. Saying that im not sure how long the car was in the forecourt for.

my clutch squeaks too :(

Don't have a 206cc but a 206 hatch. Suffered from the squeky clutch too. Simple solution is to just spray some WD40 on the clutch's hinge and should sort it. Sprayed mine once about a year ago and its been fine ever since

The oil indicator is quite unreliable. The one on my CC often said it was empty. My 206 hatch isn't as bad, but if you park it on a slope (ie two wheels on a kerb) them it gives low readings.

206 squeaky brakes are common. The CC was terrible but my new 206 does it a bit as well. I've no idea why Pugs do it and not other cars.

My 206 also has a squeaky clutch pedal. It's not too bad but will get it sorted at the 6k service.

it's just French cars I guess! If you want a quiet, well-built one then pay more for a German car!

Whereabouts in London are you? I've also got a 53 Allure. When I had leaking roof, I took mine to Wilton Cars, the Peugeot dealer on Green Lanes, North London heading towards Enfield. They kept it in a few days longer than expected, but they got sorted it out which was the main thing!
