there's two types of intermediate service - one where they check the levels etc... which is free or they OFFER to check and top up etc.. and charge you for it - take option 1

I'm sure they just try it on charging £20 here and there. When I had the top bonnet grilles fitted (sorry, don't know their official name, but the ones on the actual bonnet itself), they charged me well over £100. When I checked the brochure, it said they were £70 INCLUDING fitting. I called them up and they refunded the difference. No apology, nothing! I bet they get away with it if people don't know.

Booked car in to Motorway cars, literally about 15mins ago. Got passed back and forward between the bodyshop and the service dept like a yoyo. Anyways its going in next wednesday.
3 Yr service is £22.50 plus VAT. Gettin em to look at me engine cos its not ticking over right, sounds a wee bit off and also to look at my door (drivers) as its not always shutting properly and sometimes causing a water leak! Found that out when i took it to jet wash, where they wash it and i got soaked on the neck, nearly sh1t me breeks!
Hopefully that'll be me sorted!
