Hi. I´ve been offered a year 2001 206cc at about half the price of a new car.
It´s a 1.6 engine with aluminium kit, non -multiplexed and, most important, without ABS.
It seems to be in very good shape with only 50000kms and minor scratches.
Roof works flawlessly too.
Should I buy this car in spite of the lack of ABS?
I´m totally undecided, mainly because the car I really like (a MeganeCC with leather, xenon, etc) is 2.5 times the price of this one. Very expensive for me, but much better than a new 206cc.
Any advice will be welcome.
Joakynn.

Since nobody could (or wanted) give any advice, I finally bought the 2nd hand cc. I feel like I´ve done a good buy, especially considering the huge amount of problems multiplex and BSI seems to cause.
Regards.

Sounds like a bargain.

I think ABS is down to personal choice. Cars never used to have it in the old days so millions have driven their whole lives without it. We'd all like loads of safety features but we do not always get exactly what we want, especially if a good discount is involved!
