:) :) :)
very glad to drop in and have communication with you guys after the weekend's cruising around.
well, i am not getting into the debate about the colours, i like silver, and i like blue, red too, except that i think silver is more like me.. :)
i am still getting used to driving my new toy, it is such a change from a huge automatic magna to 206cc manual, i find it extremely frustrating with the pedals area, too small for my feet(shoes), :x
guess what, the dealer did not fix the brake, well, when i picked up the car, they told me that they did work on the brake, but it was a common problem, and here we go, what should i do now, guys? should i take it back and ask them to do the same shitty job again?
haven't got a chance yet to post a photo here, i believe it will be done pretty soon. once i have got the photo, i will come back and get myself properly registered...
good to see everyone here, and has there been a melbourne 206cc meet at all? is there one coming? who is(can ) organise that?
cheers everyone. have a good day.
:D :D :D

while under warranty, iron out all the wrinkles and bumps... find out all there can be wrong with it and fix it up b4 warranty ran out ;)

heres all the thing i've done so far,
screechy brake
screechy fan belt
faulty roof micro switch
chip on engine cover
faulty alternator (this sometime give airbags and 'stop' light warning)
windows rubing against something while winding up
loose indicator stalk

a bit of a hassle bring it back (a week without a car for them to replace the alternator!!!)

I just got my front pads replaced under warranty a few weeks ago after numerous complaints re the screechy brakes. So now I have new front pads after 35k kms! They didn't replace the rear pads though. :(

Car stalled about 4 times. Was stopped at lights and it just died. Hasn't done it since. Not sure the solution they provided was the answer, but can't complain having the new kit. Also, if the problem recurs it will be under warranty as it was reported within the warranty period.
Cheers
