I looked for a stock part that just replaced the lip and grille but I couldn't find one other than a tacky thing from neouk.net. The way I'm having it done is that the guy will take the badge and grille section out then fillin the gap with the lip and paint it up then fit a grille similar to the SP lower grill that I have and fill in the groove at the nose of the bonnet.
I'm hoping it will look like it was made like that rather than a cheaply filled in bit of work. if it doesn't look naturally, I shall be very annoyed

You can buy full replacement panel which sretches from light to light with thebadge part filled in then all you have to do is fill in the bonnet. But dont fill the bonnet in with just filler as it sinks with the heat from the engine, you need to have an extra piece of metal welded on and finished off!

I would guess thats what he is going to do. I don't know, he seems to know his stuff so I'm trusting him. I looked for one for the 206 but could only find 306 ones. As long as the jobs good, I don't care how its done.
Still have the regular grille on the bonnet. Thinking of changing the vents to something else but not sure I've seen anything I like.

the vents you get from the cataloges and Pug are a total rip off...its not far short of a joke.
my mate had a 206 XSi and he did it himself, just some mesh cut out and stuck under the bonnet with adhesive..messy on the inside obviously but on the outside looked realy good...he did it for next to nothin too
i think thats what i will do save some serious £££
