rain in boot

Any tips for managing to open the boot when it has been raining. I seen to open it and all the water floods down from the registration plate area into the boot and all over my belongings. i have tried opening slowly but still get water in...Help !

i don't think there is any way of avoiding it unless you dry it first :smile:

If you just open it a little and poke things through the gap (think letter box) then you can just about keep the boot dry, not very practical though!
