New Seat Frame amongst other things

Put the passenger seat forward on Boxing day to get in the back and the seat got stuck folded completely down and freely rolling back and forth on the runners. This has happened before however this time no matter what we did we couldn't get it back into the normal position. This effectively turned the car into a single seater which was less than ideal.

AA man came out and managed to get it to lock into place on the runners, and freed the mechanism for the seat back. Trouble was, the seat back then wouldn't lock in the upright position and if you lean on it, just drops into the fully reclined state (it was quite funny when it first happened). Fortunately we have been able to prop it up against the windstop (another reason for getting one!) until a new seat frame was ordered which is due to be fitted tomorrow.

Getting the clevis pin recall work done at the same time, oh and having the handbrake looked at. Maybe I should ask about the passenger door alignment which is still out. Oh yeh and the carpets that are coming away on both sides and the 2.5 year old leak, and the manifold sounds dodgy again (4th time) and the whole back box appears to have dropped about 4 inches and while I'm at it ........
