Replacement of the seals, usually.

 I assume this is a Peugeot garage? If so, you'd think they would know better - is there another one you could take it to?

hia
for what its worth there is a fix for this and if they are a maindealer they should know it.
basically the seal that runs along your roof above the doors are hollow,so when car gets wet water comes off the roof and flows up your hollow seal(usally starts at the back of car)runsup to the front on the wrong side of the actual seal drips onto the plastic trim above the release handle and into the car.

fix
with the roof half up(you will need to support it or else you loose hydrolic pressure and the roof will go out of sync)look at the back of the seal on the roof and you will see its hollow(kinda like a triangle type shape)you need to fill the ends with a silicone sealer, front and rear.let it set off before letting the roof back down(else back window will stick to it) there job done. no more water into car from there at least.
tell them to look it up on tecfile, all the info they ned is there.
hope this helps you from getting wet knees. :D
