Congrads on the baby,
All new cc came with a baby seat, the anchor point are just below the 2 hoops and below the rear seats. I havent put one in b4, but i assume it will go straight in as is, no adapter. the model ship with my CC is Safe-And-Sound Cosi (6mths - 4yrs, i dont think the carrier module for below 6 months is recomended in the CC, since it sits to far forward to have a good anchorage below)

In Australia we were issued with the 'Safe and Sound' brand baby seat (cosi blue ice model) with the car, it if a forward facing child seat that can only be put in the back as we don't have the passenger seat airbag disarm feature that the UK and other countries do, the reason we got these seats and not the ones mentioned in the manual is because they can only give us stuff that has the Australian standard certification. they are the type that use the car seat belts wrapped around it to hold the bottom in place and connect to the bolt under the rear seat headrests, they don't use the isofix mounts that are on the passenger seat.

I hope this helps if not let us know

Lual, I gather you're in the UK?

The adjustment to Oz delivered 206CC's could be readily done in your part of the world. If you require assitance please let me know. I can send photo's and in worst case can call on my Peugeot Australia freinds to make sure you get the help that you need.
Cheers

Am I missing something here? I bought a new CC about 4 months ago but I didn't get a baby seat. (I don't have a baby, but who know what might happen in the back seat in the future!!)

yeah, in AU they added few anchor points which isnt on the UK CCs, if you look at pics from aussie CC you will see couple of bulge under the hoops, with out these i dont think its a good idea to put baby seat in. Just wondering, do you guys over there have a hole punch out in the metal already? i remove mine (for cosmetic reasons) and the plastic cover (area ander the hoop) look like it being drill in afterward, but the hole in the metal being painted, so seem it there in production, so all you have to do is drill the plastic and bolt in a standard baby seat anchor?

In the cars manual is the pages which talk about the 'supplied' baby seats and of the 4 mentioned there i could only find 1 of them sold in Australia so it would seem to me that Peugeot France has already made reccomendations for Europe, do you not have these pages in your manual? I don't have the manual with me but the Recaro Start was one of the baby seats mentioned.

Secondly, does your car have the passenger seat airbag disarm function? if so why not use the ISO connectors (little tabs under below the backrest section of the front passenger seat) and fit the baby seat in the front where there is a lot more room?

Hi,
We had a seat supplied when we bought our 206CC. We have a 5 month old & have found the seat fits very well. You can only fit the seat once your baby is sitting up.
The brand supplied to us is "Safe & Sound". I hope your passengers have short legs because once the seat is fitted there is not much leg room in the front.

regards Ian & Lisa

I would also like to thank you all too. I am in the UK and have been trying to find an answer to this question for ages. Despite a number of emails to Peugeot (Case No. 0324872) last October, I am still awaiting their response.

I was really after a rear facing seat that would fit in the back. I have resigned myself to the fact that there simply isn't one. If there is I would really, really like to know. I would happily import from Australia if necessary.

We are settling for a Maxi-Cosi model from John Lewis that seems to have the smallest base area. I can get full model details if necessary. This will have to go in the front with the airbag switched off.

Wilsons had a seat in their catalogue, but it was way overpriced.

Any ideas what happens with the side impact bags??
