Friday night drive home.....

Just wondered if any of you guys have the same feelings as me on your way home from work on a Friday? You have had a **** week or day and as you walk to the car the sun is shining, you lower the roof and drive out of the car park and suddenly you remember why you work.... to pay for this lovely car and suddenly everything doesn't seem so bad! I love driving my car and on days like that i always go the longest way home!!!

...and then you get two miles from work and the sky turns black, so you have to pull onto the hard shoulder and seal up the car, and then it starts raining and the traffic slows to a crawl, and despite leaving the office at 4:00pm it takes a hour and a half to do a fortyfive minute journey.

I love commuting home on bank-holiday weekends.
