Hi All,

Great new look for this web site!!
Has any body used 'chipsaway' to sort out any minor scratches on their cc?
They are a franchised company who travel out to your home or place of work and carry out minor scratch, dent and bumper repairs to your car.
I called them out to look at a small scratch on my rear wheel arch which is about 1 1/2 inches long and they quoted me £75.00. Does this seem reasonable to you guys?

Thanks.

Lucy. ;) ;)

I dunno - sounds alot to me for such a small scratch....

Would be interested to know tho - someone opened their door onto mine the other day in a car park and I've got a dent....

Hi lucy, I used ChipsAway last year for my rear offside wing was quite badly scratched from another car that drove off after causing it and he spent 3 hours on it and the work is guaranteed for 3 years, the job was brilliant and it did'nt look like anything had happened.
