just out of interest, what do u do - it cant be that bad

although i hate work myself - its ok i guess, sitting around watching, i mean monitoring TV. Endless 12 hour shifts pressing buttons and building schedules for crappy sky channels that no one watches.

Well its officially an IT Helpdesk, which I like doing, but a new manager joined about 6 months ago, and its gradually evolving into a call centre (which I HATE!)

They are taking the technical stuff away from us and turning us into call logging team. I know I can always leave, but I cant afford to just chuck it in without another job to go to, and there arent many IT jobs about at the moment.

i work in a softwood timber importers,Bloody hard work but at least it pays for me CC and that's all that matters
