My passenger seat is stuck reclined all the way back. It will move all the way forward and the seat will slide backwards and forwards and lock wherever you want but the angle of the seat will not lock in any position aside from all the way back.
I ran a search on this and saw that one poor soul had to have their seat taken apart but has anyone had this problem recently?
I could really do with a passenger seat that works this week rather than having to wait for ages to get it fixed!!!
Used to happen to me ocassionally on my 01 Pug, IMO the Pug reclining seat mechanism wasn't very durable. I know other members used to have the same problem occasionally.
I used to take it back to Pug to sort out (which they did in a couple of hours) and they used to tell me I had forced the mechanism, I hadn't of course, just a poor mechanism that used to jam too easily.
'others'? methinks its just you and robbie who get their passenger seats stuck all the way back. Which leads me to wonder what activities could be taking place with the seat all the way back which MAY have helped cause this?
Maybe thats what the pug mechanics meant by you had been 'forcing the mechanism' robbie?
