Might be a crazy idea, but does anyone know if there is any way of getting the roof up and down any quicker?
I realise it hardly takes ages as it is but sub-ten seconds for instance would be great!
(i'm VERY impatient)

I find my windows are slow.
Having had peugeots before, the electric windows are definately faster on them.

Aaah, but the longer the process takes, the more time for admiring looks

You've got to get the windows down quick, that's the problem. Trying to catch the eye of on-lookers with the 'hood down pose' before they turn away while waiting for the windows is a nightmare Argh!

and its mind numbingly slow if you go to put the roof up and you have been driving along with the windows up. By the time the windows lower and the boot goes up only the hardcore bystanders are still hanging around to watch. But its still a beautiful sight to behold!!!

So which roof is faster? The CC or the Merc SLK?

Well the Merc SLK takes an official 25 seconds according to page 32 of the brochure, but it seems faster when your sitting in one. That must be slower than the Pug.

Looks like I may be getting wet come this October.

(getting that same excited feelng I had waiting for the Pug - role on autumn).

I expect you to put pictures on here.

I dont see why people who HAVE owned CC's cant show their new cars.

What about it Lyndon?
