Hello to the newer and the older forum friends. Did u miss me?? Guess not.
I want to say I'm VERY happy since I HAVE MY CC already a month now. I got it on 29th of March and to be honest, after reading problems that so many of you, from the first moment, have experienced, I was scared that I might encounter the same. On the contrary, there is NO PROBLEM WITH THE CAR!
Especially NO LEAKS!!! I have washed it with water pressure, I have driven in rain, I have parked and let it in the rain, I have done anything but NO problem so far. Also don't think there is problem with the doors. SOMETIMES the door doesn't close well, but that's because of the air pressure between inside and outside the car. So I don't think we should visit the "monkeys" about that or for any other minor importance things. They are only to get things worse not better! As far as the car from the monkeys can be, the longer will last!!
My conclusion is THE CAR IS FINE and whoever have doubts to buy one I would say GO FOR IT!

Cheers,
George (TZAG)

my replacement CC is 42 days old (last one would have had 13 days at the dealer by now) and has only leaked twice.

1st time was on the 2nd day and it never did it again until last friday when i thought here we go again. i opened and closed the roof catches and it hasn't leaked since so i think maybe the seals hadn't properly lined up when i closed the roof the day before - worth checking if you only get the occasional leak.

derek

TZAG,
your topic, "GO FOR IT! its wonderful" its a bit like that Dr Peppers advert.

Your not sure at first, but you like it so much (the pug) your forced to try it and then the reprocussions hit you!

Still could be worse. I've only had leaks, stripped boot/doors etc - at least I've never been carried naked out of a store by fire officers like in that advert (yet).

PS. and no ladies you can't go out and buy that crate of Dr Pepper

Robbie.

See my post under "Leaks". Seems new production is ironing out the bugs and lucky for me the only problem is a drivers side roof latch leak which I am assured will be fixed.

Great car, and just keeps getting better!

Cheers

We can fit a full weeks shopping for two of us in the boot and still have the roof down on the way home.

BTW Do have to admit to having the dozen Andrex rolls on the back seat!
