) read, what have you got on your coffee / bedside table right now?In a morbid state of mind I picked up a book today which has just about fried my brain so far!!
It's called "Sex and the origins of death"
So far I have learned that when some of our major cells die the others are programmed to commit suicide...... quite how anyone has discovered this is beyond me, I'm trying to skip the really big hard words!!
I haven't got to the sex part yet but am wondering whether to bother.... they reckon sex and death is related and I'm scared it will put me off!
Way too scary for me....... have discovered a new use for the book, until I move it will be a coffee matt, then when I'm packing the pages will be useful to wrap breakables in!
