Grrrrrr Congestion Charge!!!!

Soooo not happy!

Got done on the Congestion Charge because I was told it started at 7.30am not 7am! :rolleyes:
(I got clocked at 7.09am - right on the border!)

I now have a £40 penalty because I didn't pay it on the day.

Anyone know if I have the slightest chance of appealing for a simple mistake?
(which I hasten to add wasn't my mistake!)
