i'm sick of my pc sounding like a hairdryer :evil:

done a quick search on google and find this site www.quietpc.com , bit expensive,anyone know of another site or what to recommend ???

my spec's are amd xp2600+ with a Coolermaster CP5-6J31C fan/heatsink,geforce 4 ti4400 and a hiper 400watt slient psu (yeah rite :evil: )

Dunno how or what, but i've read that watercoolers are the most quiet coolers around these these and the most effective too.

My PC's getting noisier again, this is the second time the bearings have gone on one of the fans causing excessive noise. Good job my 2 year on site warranty is still valid.

lyndon it might be just dust build-up on the fan of the psu... have a look then try to clean it with canned air.....
