Do Peugeot sell Touch-up pens for the CC range yet? If they do, do you have to order them or should you just be able to nip in and pick one up?

We've got a couple of quite bad stone chips and Liz scracthed the bumper putting the car away today (not seen it yet so don't know how bad!)

Yes you can get a touch-up pen but you have got to order them, takes about a week and costs about £4

you have to order as Lyndon said, but when I ordered one earlier in the year when I had my LX, it arrived the next morning.

I got a touch-up pen for Peugeot Moonstone from Halfords. It was about £6. At the time my local branch had all the standard Peugeot colours (both metallic and solid) in stock, so maybe give them a go??

just as well going to a peugeot dealer if there is one near you. less than £5 and unless there are supply problems then you normally get it the next day.

I remember the days when using touch up pens from outlets other than the official dealer meant that you didn't obtain a perfect match in colour especially with metallics (even after shaking the life out of the ball bearing sticking to the bottom of the pens). Hopefully things have got better since then.

i wish!
problem is they claim the touch up pens do not exist and i just have to paint the affected body part. But if i give them a part number then they have to order it. I had the same problem with the windstop, they said it is not sold for the 206cc. when i gace them the part number they ordered it for me.

kmarei,

no luck for myself as the dealer doesn't have aluminium listed yet, but i got this for moonstone touch up pens ....

only problem is there are two shades, one light and one dark so you will have to work out what one applies to your car. the codes are:

light moonstone: 9862C5
dark moonstone: 986361

hope this helps.

the local dealer is a lazy git
but it is the only dealer in my city
i live in egypt and there is just one peugeot dealer in egypt
all the branches report to this main dealer!
they didn't even have the brake pads for the 206cc
i had to fit the standard 206 pads
so not sure how that affects the braking etc
but thanks for the touch up pens part numbers
will probably order both
