Attention all!!!! What is the difference? Help!!

Hey People!

Does anybody know of any differences between the SE and the Allure?

Dont matter how small the difference.

I'm trying to get some proof together that Peugeot have given me the wrong car. (I ordered an SE and got an Allure) Peugeot say there is no difference apart from the logo's on the side.

There must be more!! :x

For example:

I've got the (Allure) badges on the side.
I've got no ESP OFF button.

Damn these peugeot goons!!!

Depends on what they charged you. The allure was/is a special edition, so therefore it was cheaper than the SE. If you were charged SE prices and got an allure, then you have been done!

Doesn't an SE already have everything that the Allure has anyway? I thought the Allure was only really for the 1.6 which doesn't have alloys, climate, leather etc as standard...

Hmmm wierd, i bought an allure (2.0) and its not got any allure badges on it at all!

Has got the leather interior and all the toys though.. i'm sure the 1.6 i test drove in the dealership had allure badges though..

I have a 1.6 and it came with all the above as standard...

Below is a list from the peugeot UK site for a 2.0 SE.

As far as I can find out is that an Allure was cheaper because they have thrown in the leather seats and matalic paint prices (and the sports pack, which is standard anyway on the 2.0L) and stuck the badges on to show that it was 'speical'.

It may have a different set of black instrument dials 'Black,chrome surrounds' but I can't remember what they are in my 2.0SE : I'll look later.
