Just wondering how many people actually use broadband and if it's worth all the hype as I've been campaigning for it where I live and finally my exchange has now almost reached it's trigger level of 300 registrations.

Trust me...I'm working my socks off to get it!!!! :D :D
My exchange has a trigger level of 300 and it's currently got 283 pre-regestrations. Mind you will then have to wait 3 months to get the actual upgrade though!!

broadband

even the slowest speed on NTL is £17.99 for 150k which is about three times faster than normal 56k (dialup) for not much more cash :D

I would seriously consider broadband, I did have Dial Up before Broadband and also today I used Dial Up again and it was so sssssssssssllllllllllllllllooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwww and it's now so cheap ie I pay £18.99 per month for 50:1 512kb Broadband and will be going for 1mb which will be £32.99 per month. :D :D :D

I wouldnt suggest that you create fake e-mail accounts for random people out of the phone book who would use your exchange. i of course didnt do this when my mum & dads exchange wasnt doing very well
