Well done Liz - but that last one wasn't the answer I was looking for...you've looked into this FAR too deep (reminded me a bit of Duncan actually  )

My answer was:

During the opening credits of the A-Team, a Cylon walks past Face. He points as if to say "Don't I know you from somewhere?". Cylons were the chrome robots from Battlestar Galactica who had a flashing red light for eyes a bit like KITT from Knight Rider. If I remember rightly, the actual episode this was from involved Face looking for Hannibal in a Hollywood movie lot and he thought Hannibal may have been in the Cylon costume.

Thanks

(ps I'm very drunk tonight)

...and fools seldom differ Greg ;)

I wasn't online this weekend or I would have said that straight away!
That was a great gag and about a mile more subtle than you would expect from a Yank TV show!
Just because you're paranoid, it don't mean they're not after you.

on similar lines did anyone else pick up on all the references to MacGyver aimed at Richard Dean Anderson in the first series of Stargate SG1?

I truly must be a tight northerner.

Whats wrong with the free vending machines at work, or failing that a flask of coffee freshly made at home that morning
