For god's sake don't go on the track unless you want to bend your CC. I went to Trax 2001 and the on-track organization was sh1te. 9/10ths of the Silverstone National circuit empty and a nose-to-tail train of about 20 Imprezas all bunched together at high speed. Worst organized track day I've ever been on.

its not a track car so dont take it on there

Nor's anything short of a Caterham or FFord really. But plenty of people enjoy trackdays in safety in what you would term an "unsuitable" car.

I went on one trackday and there was a guy with an Aston DB7 Vantage there...
