Here's a topic for discussion:

I much prefer having a sunroof tilted up to let in fresh air rather than a window or the roof fully open.

Has or would NE of U contemplate adding a perspex tilt & remove sunroof to your CCs?

Is it possible to add a sun roof? I don't really see the point, (other than to let in a bit of fresh air)

What about the 206cc Cool Blue with the glass roof? Does this tip open like a sunroof?

I thought about it since I too miss having one (and a rear screen wiper) but decided against it.

The roof panel is very small. Chopping a big hole out of it would weaken it considerably, particularly since it's not a fixed roof. The act of chopping it out would run a very high risk of bending it.

In addition, there's always the possibility that the result might be a roof that doesn't fold properly.

So, given the risks of weakness, distortion, folding problems, leaks and squeaks, I'd be tempted to leave well alone (at least until someone else tried it first). If you do go for it, let me know. I'd like to see the result.

if you are that keen on fresh air, then i would expect using the aircon to be just as good and the car wont look stupid either
