I know someone that would be very interested in it, as it happens. My ex is a very keen cyclist and loves any gadgets like this! Sounds like a good idea, good luck!!! :)

er I couldnt see how much.

Just one thing I did notice that seems to be missing is the final part of the program that lets you join the other riders for a pint or 2 afterwards. Maybe its just the cyclists I know that RIDE, DRINK, Stagger home drunk.

Hi

I think it has potential. I use to row and everybody who rows trains on on Concept II model C (and some old B's) rowing machines. The machine's are now backed by national and international competitions and indoor rowing seems to have become a sport in it's own right.

When you race at events they can connect rowing machines together to show a graphical representation of relative position.

I would imagine the problem is that if you're racing over the internet (which is something you can't do with rowing machines) is calibration between different machines.

Anyway, if you haven't done so far have a look at the concept website (http://www.concept2.co.uk/) and have a look at what they offer. Cheers
