Drove the 206cc to work today for swap over (40 miles away)
Left at 12 to drive over to the Honda dealership, out of the car park, steering felt strange, stopped up the road....

I have a flamin' puncture !

Problem, I had removed my spare alloy from the boot to my garage to sell seperately ! I didn't want to fill the tyre with gunk and pay for the Honda garage to repair.

Drove (slowly !) to Kwik-Fit who managed to squeeze me in, explained my predicament, they repaired the tyre (1hour) and handed the car back.

Sods' law eh ?

This could have so easily been avoided should I have not removed my spare alloy from the boot the previous night in preperation for taking the car in for p/x - if we still had a CC i'd probably keep an eye in the For Sale section, you know, in case anyone posts a spare wheel up or something...?¿ ;)
