I seem to have read some where that the roof has be tested for over 15000 operations. Thats about 3 times a day for 15 years

Yeah but don't forget the hundred or so times in that first week when you have to show everyone and they say "ooh, do it again!!!"

but thats balanced out by all the days it rains.........and what if it rains for your first week........and there's the point where everyone gets so jelous the tell you to stop showing of putting the roof up and down.

Oh good, cause with practically 9 months of sunny weather here in South Africa, my roof is gonna get a lot of exercise.

Not like here then 2 weeks of sun then rain, rain and more rain....I think the roof will be seized up due to lack of use.
