Totally agree about the cheap plastics, the most appealing thing about the 206cc is the roof the good looks and the performance = 2.0se only (1.6 being underpowered) after 3 months of initialy enjoying the car, i could never get used to that sloppy gearbox. Anyway 1 x agean 2.0se now gone -part exchange got 12500. As of Saturday now driving a mini cooper s its like going from cardboard box to a mansion build quality,dealer/customer care performance. I know you all love ur 206cc's and i understand why, i just cant put up with all thoughs imperfections that pug still havent iorned out after 2 years - why update the model when the cars still have leaky roofs , crap gearboxes although i know a lucky few have had no probs at all. Thought it was supposed to be the other way around a few crap ones but mostly good ones. I know there were one or two initial probs with the mini but bmw/mini were quick to sort that. The mini has better residuals is cheaper to buy iin the first place and as an alrounder slaughters the pug even if they are differnt cars.

Nice one Vanda, This is only my opinion but after having a CC (brought through my own hard work) that even though i could afford the Honda i wouldn't buy it cos its dog ugly, don't have a folding roof and would get laughed out of any race by most other performance cars,
but i'm not having a go at it

I have to disagree on this one - i think its a smashing looking car. And compared to the Civic Type R? Looks wise its an infinitely better car...
IMHO
