Hi,
Yes to Cd Changer (its the button on the radio thats not radio or CD on the sources). Best bet would be to find out make and model no. (looks like a Philips head unit?) and source elsewhere as dealer will be expensive.
I had sat nav in the last car (Stilo Arbarth), used it rarely and only found it useful twice (once nearly out of petrol in the back of beyond and once stuck in traffic jams and used it to negotiate a housing estate). I wouldn't spend £2k on a system myself though.
Also had parking sensors on the last car and now park the CC about 4 foot from everything
Parking sensors would be useful IMHO.
Personally I might be tempted to go "colour coded black bits" before either of those though.

I got the Peugeot / Clarion 6 cd changer as an option in my CC. It was expensive, as expected, but I managed to bargain them down a fair bit at the time.
The good things about it are: You have most of your cds secure in the boot, but also have the convenience of putting one in the head unit if you need; and it's completely interfaced with the display unit on the dash and the stalk control on the steering column.
Yes it is a Clarion, but it's a special one for that head unit and the other Clarion changers apparently aren't compatible with it. Getting compatibility with any other changer, the head unit, the stalk, and the display was impossible for a long time, and I'm not aware that it can yet be done (though I'm happy to be corrected here by any ICE gurus).
And then of course you can always upgrade the speakers and get an amp if you're into that.
Cheers
