surprise surprise, they still haven't got the part in WTF !"£$%^&* !""£$%^&!"$£"£"£

they have blamed peugeot for their computers going down so all the parts that dixon wanted for today haven't arrived mine included

spoke to the manager of dixons, who didn't know they still had my car   he then spoke to the service manager who told him the story above.

the part should be in 2moro, i told him if it wasn't in by then i will be phoning watchdog and trading standards about the way they are messing me about to which the mananger replied ' i don't like being threatened by anybody, feel free to contact them, we have done nothing wrong'  don't recall threatening him in anyway shape or form

tried to get them to take the part from one of the CC's in showroom but he said that couldn't be done as peugeot wouldn't pay them back for all the work that would be needed for the showroom car and my own.

tried to get his own personal car but said i wouldn't be insured for it, he pays a lot towards it himself and he lives the other side of nottingham and it wouldn't be fair on him to walk all that way, like i give a fuck.

so they have got my car a third day.

*** this account is as good as i can remember, it may or may not be entirely correct ***

Ok try this:

"If you don't sort out your companys shortcomings by tomorrow I will be forced to take my complaint to trading standards and possibly even 'Watchdog'..."

"I don't like being threatened"

"Sir, I can assure you that that was not a threat. Allow me to enlighten you. I am currently suffering from an inner rage that i am barely controlling. Unfortunately, this rage is currently being channelled towards you, as you are the biggest sanctimonious prick in my present field of vision. If i was to threaten you, and let me reiterate that i haven't done so yet, i would go along the lines of telling you that i feel like ripping out your throat and f***ing the wound. I would then proceed to dance madly on your twitching body as you vainly cling to life. I will take great pleasure in inflicting the maximum amount of misery in the last moments of your pathetic existence. And then when you have finally drawn your last agonising breath, I'll go to trading standards and 'Watchdog'"

Hows that? :P

HURRAH i've got me car back and it works woohooo :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

BUT they didn't even clean it  plus they haven't even fitted the grab handle that THEY broke over 2 weeks ago, so it's still another trip to the monkeys yet again.

oh and my auntie was gonna buy a car from dixon peugeot, cash, but when she heard about the way they treated me she cancalled the order straight away, the manager didn't like this at all and got very shirty with her which she didn't take kindly too and she just hung up on him :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
