Maybe I'm doing something wrong but is this just me? The metal seat belt clips keep getting caught against the door when shutting (both sides) even when retracted.

Not such a big thing I suppose, but its starting to mark the plastic side air bag covers, a bit niggled though.

Robbie.

Yep I have the same problem.. been like that for a year now... I don't think much can be done about it.

Tyce, glad to find that I'm not alone with this niggle.

I'll probably accept it as one of those little minor design problems.

That has happened to me only once when the seat belt didn't retract all the way in. It definately doesn't do it on a regular basis i would have it checked out.

Hi Robbie
yes I have this "problem". I just make sure I retract the seat belt my side every time I get out before shutting the door and similarly ask the passenger to do the same. Just got to get into the habit!!! I think the seat belt is so near to the door that it just happens anyway.

It's not just you buddy, I got the exact same problem - like Tyce it's been happening now for a year, my plastic is a little scratched.

Doh - now why didn't I think of that. The simple solutions are always the best.

Rather I didn't have to keep on checking though.
