Hi all ,

With all the bad reports on service , repairs etc. recently i'm surprised we haven't heard from Pug M.D. I could do with a laugh.

Dear "GARNETT",
in reply to your recent query, I would like to make you aware that I am not here for the amusement of you and the rest of the forum. I do read all that happens and note down all grievances involving Peugeot cars, whether mechanical, service, repairs or such like. And then ignore them all. A company the size of Peugeot, with its huge profit margins and disregard for customer satisfaction can afford to ignore you, the common man. We in the Peugeot hierarchy take great delight in looking down our noses at you, and chortle heartily when we hear of your misfortunes that you have with our cars. The fact that we already have your hard earned money makes us grin with delight when we hear that you will have to bring your malfunctioning cars back to one of our garages where we can prise yet more of your hard earned cash out of you while our mechanics do a half-arsed job on your vehicle.
In summary "GARNETT", I laugh at you and your fellow Peugeot owners for not being clever enough to buy a decent car in the first place, perhaps one built by those reliable Germans?

yours gloatingly

Mr B.A. Boon
